Rule 85

At the time of commencement of this regulation, if an establishment has a housing fund established in accordance with Section 41 of the Labor Act, 2048, the amount of such fund may be spent by the establishment to manage workers' housing or in any scheme that benefits the workers according to the decision of the Labor Relations Committee.
(2) If the amount remaining in the fund as per sub-rule (1) if the establishment is closed or goes into liquidation, fifty percent of such amount shall be distributed by the employer and the remaining fifty percent of the amount shall be distributed among the workers immediately retained by Damasahi.
